We offer 3 different levels of Company Contract Training depending on how much Corrective Action you or your drivers need. Our team will make recommendations based on your specific situation.
Corrective Action Level I

- eLearning Package – Specific online training modules for the behavioral issue
- Summary Report – Written report summarizing the initial behavior or case along with the Corrective Actions Taken.
Corrective Action Level II

- 7 Day eLearning Action Plan – Initial follow up with driver on eLearning with driver to ensure initial expectations are met.
- 1 Month Debrief – Joint Meeting w/ Driver optional to verify driver new actions taken. Summary of recommendations.

- 2 Hours of 1-on-1 Behind-The-Wheel Instruction with certified PA State CDL Instructor on negative behaviors.
- Behind-The-Wheel Report from instructor on witnessed behaviors during instruction.
